Your group or "council of four" is assigned the task of researching and writing an 8-10 page paper on each of the candidates you interview (or plan to). Upon "interviewing" or researching each candidate (max of four), you must include a written description of why you hired that specific person. What do they have that will best make Lorenzo happy? When completing your decision, conduct a presention in front of your "boss" and his citizens, informing them of the process and decision you arrived at. |
