When writing your papers, be sure your choice of artist matches best the taste of Lorenzo de Medici', not yours. By including some info about him in your project, hopefully you can understand what type of art or artist he may have liked. Also, you must include an artist from around the same time period as Lorenzo. In other words, you can't choose Andy Warhal as your choice of candidates. Here are some questions to consider while working on your project:
-What style of art was most enjoyed in the 15th century?
-Who were the most popular artists?
-What artists were alive around the same time Lorenzo was?
-How would Lorenzo or you discover, or find, these artists?
-Why was Lorenzo such a patron of the arts?
-What was significant about these artists and their time period?
-What role did the Renaissance have in the type of art these artists created?
To limit many from researching the same artists, you must let me know who you are researching, and all groups cannot have all of the same four final candidates.
